Our Forging facilities are equipped with the latest technology and machinery, making us one of the most advanced Forging company. in the state. Our Forging capacity is impressive, with a wide range of materials, including M.S., Carbon Steel, and Alloy Steel. Our Forging capabilities range from 100kg to 6000kg.

We are specialized in Forging round and shaft pieces with diameters ranging from 100mm to 650mm, and lengths up to 5 meters. Our maximum weight capacity for these pieces is 5500kg, ensuring that we can handle even the most demanding projects with ease. In addition to round and shaft pieces, we also excel in Forging discs, wheels, and other large components. Our Forging disc diameter can go up to 1500mm, with a weight capacity of 3500kg. We can also Forging wheels up to 1500mm in diameter, with a weight capacity of 3000kg.

We also offer Forging services for rings with a diameter of up to 1500mm and thickness up to 300mm. Our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced team ensure that each ring is Forging to precise specifications, meeting the highest quality standards.

Casting Facilities

Units

C.I. Casting facilities come equipped with advanced technology and machinery, allowing for the production of high-quality cast iron components. Within the diverse range of components achievable through this advanced process are Cooling Plates, Door Bodies, Door Frames, Armour Frames, Couplings, Ingot Moulds, C.I. Pans, and more.

In addition to these components, our C.I. casting facilities extend a wide range of engineering casting services, encompassing plain C.I. casting (up to 14 MT) and alloy C.I. casting (up to 3 MT). Moreover, we provide Steel Casting services for components such as Magnet Shells, Rack Pinion Housing Assemblies, Racks for Coke Charging, Peel Stems, Cross-Beams and Side Beams, Frames for Bogies, Connecting Rods, Bushes, or Gearboxes.

Machinery & Instrument Facilities

Units

In our Machinery and Instrument facilities, we have a lot of machines and tools to make things. We use big overhead cranes, strong magnets, and special machines like the hydromac for different jobs. We even have powerful Forging hammers and oil-fired preheating furnaces. For checking things, we use an ultrasonic machine, and we also have a complete lab with a spectrometer.

n the fabrication area, we have welding machines, gas cutting sets, and even a weight bridge to measure heavy stuff. Our induction furnaces are great for melting metal, and we have big ladles for pouring it. The lab is like a science place where we test and check everything before making it. We also use a cupola furnace and various-sized mould boxes for different kinds of work.

Quality Control/Inspection Facilities

Units

At our plant, in the Quality Control and Inspection facilities,we have special tools and machines to check if everything we make is perfect. We use a spectrometer to analyze the elements, and an ultrasonic machine to ensure the strength of our products. There's a furnace that helps release stress and another one for heat treatment. We even have a machine to test the hardness of our products.

For precise measurements, we use tools such as calipers, height gauges, and micrometers. In our dedicated chemical lab, we thoroughly examine various elements, utilizing a furnace to determine the percentage of fixed carbon, volatile matter, moisture, and other components in our materials. We also employ a special machine to measure the temperature of molten metal. All these tools and machines collectively ensure that everything we produce meets the highest standards of quality.

Plant In House Facilities

Units

As one of the leading manufacturers of Forging, Cast Iron Castings, and Steel castings in various sizes and grades as per drawings and specifications (MOC), we also have machining and assembly facilities.

Within our plant's in-house facilities, we have different sections dedicated to producing various types of products. In the Forging Division, we manufacture items such as Shafts, Wheels, and Gear Blanks using different types of steel. We utilize Carbon Steel and Alloys Steel, including EN-8, EN-9, EN-42, C-20, C-25, and others. For Alloys Steel, we work with EN-18, EN-19, EN-24, EN-111, EN-353, etc.

The Steel Casting Division is committed to creating strong steel ingots and engineering castings in different sizes. In the C.I. Casting Division, we manufacture a variety of items such as Cooling Plates and Door Frames for various industries. We also specialize in crafting special items for steel plants, such as Flywheels and Couplings, with weights ranging from 100 kg to 15000 kg.

Machine Shop

Units

Our Machine Shop is equipped with various tools and machines to handle different tasks. We have heavy-duty lathes of different sizes, including Vikrant and Simplex Engineering brands from Punjab, capable of turning and shaping materials with precision. These lathes can handle shafts, wheels, and rings of varying dimensions.

Additionally, we have a shaper machine for creating smooth surfaces, a planner machine for precision planning, and band saw machines from Indotech and SPM for efficient cutting. Our equipment also includes a hacksaw machine for cutting large diameters, radial and magnet drill machines for drilling holes, and mould facing machines for intricate face cutting.

To add versatility, we have bench grinders for sharpening and shaping, and a horizontal boring machine for precision boring tasks. The machine shop also features a vertical lathe machine for turning large components. With this range of machines, we can efficiently handle a variety of tasks, ensuring high-quality products in our manufacturing process.
